Stroopwafel Workshop

At Melly’s, you’ll work with the same premium stroopwafel dough used daily in our Stroopwafel Store. Made with real butter and carefully prepared for authentic Dutch flavor and texture, it produces the beautiful golden stroopwafels our guests know and love.

Using a traditional waffle iron, you’ll press the dough, spread the warm caramel syrup filling, and sandwich it all together just as Dutch bakers have done for generations. Once baked, you’ll get to decorate your stroopwafels with a variety of delicious toppings, adding your own sweet touch.

The session takes about 45 minutes, during which you’ll create two stroopwafels per person. At the end, you’ll receive a certificate of participation and a recipe card so you can recreate the experience at home. Finally, everyone receives a beautiful Melly’s metal gift box, the perfect way to take their sweet creations home.
