Where do you ship stroopwafels?
We ship across the Netherlands and to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal, as well as the United Kingdom and the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is priced per country and by parcel weight, always at cost. Within the Netherlands it's €8.95, free over €45. To Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg €11.95, free over €75. Most of the rest of Europe is €16.95 to €17.95, free over €95 to €100, and there you can also pick a 1-2 day express service for around €29. The UK is €23.95 and Switzerland and Norway €20.95, free over €120. The US is €58.95 with delivery in 4-6 days, free over €225. Free shipping covers parcels up to 5 kg. Orders with freshly baked items always travel on the fastest service available, and outside the EU customs duties are paid on delivery.
How long do the stroopwafels keep?
Our tins and packs are made to travel and keep for several weeks, which makes them an easy gift or souvenir.
How do I place an order?
Add what you like to your cart and check out online. Pay securely by card, iDEAL or PayPal, and we'll ship your order to you.
Can I order cookies and alfajores online?
We ship our cookie gift tins and handmade alfajores, which travel well. For the full daily cookie menu visit Melly's Cookiebar or pop into the shop in Amsterdam.
Do you ship the cakes?
No. Our chocolate, carrot and lemon-blueberry cakes are baked fresh to order and are pickup only at our Amsterdam shop. You can reserve one by email.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free stroopwafels?
Yes. We make vegan and gluten-free stroopwafel packs alongside the original, so most diets are covered.
