Fun short workshop
It's fun to make stroopwafels yourself for a change. It doesn't take long and is easy to do. Great instructions.

Very friendly and informative
A great time being shown how to make, decorate and taste your own stroopwafels, then take them home in a beautiful Melly's tin. A must-do for an hour in Amsterdam. Thank you very much.

A unique experience, a little different
What a unique experience, we had such a great time. The lady who looked after us was amazing; she explained the history of stroopwafels and showed us exactly what to do to make them. We made our own waffles and took them home in a beautiful tin. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great workshop, great value
An excellent workshop and great value for money. We learned the history of the stroopwafel and then the techniques to make and decorate them ourselves to take home. A fun and delicious activity.

Unique Amsterdam experience
I had the best time at Melly's stroopwafel workshop. Moran was so nice. She explained the history of the stroopwafel and walked me through every step. At the end you get a tin to take your stroopwafel home in, plus a certificate. Very fun and unique, I would definitely recommend it.

Made stroopwafels from scratch
We stopped here on our food tour. We learned how to make the waffles and fill them with caramel. Very sweet and authentic.

You understand the line outside
The stroopwafels and cookies at Melly's were so delicious that we planned to make the waffles ourselves. George was cheerful and encouraging, and gave us great local recommendations too. We've been to Amsterdam often, and Melly's is certainly a highlight.
