Return & Cancellation policy

Return Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for return.
  • Perishable and food products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • Once a return is approved, only the cost of the returned goods will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs (original and return shipping) are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the workshop start time
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • All cancellations must be communicated by email

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I reschedule my workshop booking?

Yes. You can reschedule your workshop free of charge up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

Same-day rescheduling is also possible at no extra costif there is space in another time slot on the same day. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability.


What happens if I cancel within 12 hours?

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the workshop start time are non-refundable.


What if I don’t show up for the workshop?

Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.


How do I cancel or reschedule?

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be sent by email to
info@mellyscookiebar.nl.


Can I return webshop products?

No. Our webshop sells food products only.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, food items cannot be returned.


Will I get a refund if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution.


How are refunds processed (if applicable)?

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
